worksheet and role-play is designed to encourage your child to express his or her feelings around specific social and emotional issues, and develop
resilience and a stronger sense of self.

Elizabeth Barnes spent her childhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. She remembers the social and emotional challenges that she faced during her school years.
She became interested in understanding and dealing with these issues and concerns when her children entered elementary school. She has a Masters in Social
Work and has devoted the past twelve years to studying and researching behaviors of elementary school children. She has designed and instructed several social
and emotional learning curricula for elementary schools in Massachusetts. She lives with her husband and two children outside of Boston.
